In 1980, Dell & Carol Ward (Dad & Mom) decided to build their own business. After 30 years with National Life and Accident Insurance, they wanted to craft a small business that would serve families and businesses in the “Mid South” area. We all looked forward to the process and were excited to see it begin.

They had their eye on our specific location, where we remain today, that they’d been hoping to build their business. Having worked in the industry for decades, dad was extremely reputable, well known and respected for his commitment to quality, excellence and integrity. On top of that, he’d been personal friends with so many in the “Mid South” area, his reputation of trust grew referrals into countless referrals. 

Over the course of many decades, with their vision and passion, they saw their hopes and dreams grow into their potential. Dad battled Parkinson’s disease for over 20 years and continued to work as long as it was physically possible. In remembrance of where it all began, his picture is anchored in the center of our office. Dad’s strong character and personal knowledge in the industry, gave us the solid foundation that we continue to build on today.
